WHAT IS AN ON DAY COORDINATOR?!
Your on day coordinator is the designated point of contact for all of your vendors, suppliers and services, as well as your bridal party, family and friends who are involved in your wedding day. As the point of contact, your on day coordinator is across every single detail from timings and schedule to napkin placement, seating arrangements, speeches and so much more.
They will handle all of the logistics from start to finish, answer anyone's questions, solve problems quickly and seamlessly, handle last minute changes and even setup and pack down everything on the day.
WHAT WE DO.....
As your on day coordinators we will confirm and speak with all vendors and suppliers before your wedding day, and create a detailed run sheet that ensures everything runs according to plan.
We manage and assist with the wedding set up, welcoming guests and act as a go-to person on the day for all suppliers, the venue and even the guests. We handle any problems that may arise and promptly find solutions to any mishaps.
Our full on day coordination package includes MC services for the evening at a small pre-work only fee if required. Whilst our on day services pair perfectly with our wedding planning packages, they are also available on their own so you can offload all your pressures and expectations and fully immerse yourselves in the enjoyment of the day.
